Dexory in the UK is seeking a Research Operations Associate to keep delivery running, turn insights into live product features, and build scalable systems.

You’ll own day‑to‑day delivery on live research projects, coordinate across product, research and partnerships, and support on‑site field studies near warehouses.

With about four years in operations or research ops, you’ll shape workflows, dashboards and insights while safeguarding GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years' experience in operations, programme coordination, delivery or research ops.
• Strong organisation, and confidence juggling multiple SLAs and stakeholders at once.
• Comfort with workflow tools and dashboards, such as Notion, Basecamp, SurveyMonkey, Slack and Pendo.
• Curiosity about research and a wish to move towards research execution over time.

Responsabilités

• Keep research delivery running across live projects, including recruitment and panel management.
• Coordinate scheduling and resourcing across product, research and partnership teams.
• Support on-site field studies near operators and warehouses.
• Shape intake, briefing, workstack tracking and documentation to enable scaling.
• Manage Notion Hub and Slack channels to ensure insights travel across teams.
• Develop workflows, tooling and automation to scale delivery and reporting.
• Turn new product bets into repeatable delivery processes.
• Capture and catalogue insights for internal and external audiences with Lead/Analyst.
• Track feedback and performance data daily and maintain KPI/OKR dashboards.
• Work with Customer Success to access operators and decision-makers; ensure GDPR compliance.
