Job summary

Dexory is seeking a Research Operations Associate to keep delivery running, translate validated insights into live features, and build scalable systems for autonomous logistics. You will work closely with leads and analysts to capture insights, track performance data, and maintain dashboards and OKRs across the organisation.

You will collaborate with customer success and site operators, ensuring GDPR-compliant practices and up-to-date data handling guidance.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years' experience in operations, programme coordination, delivery or research ops.
• Strong organisation and ability to juggle multiple SLAs and stakeholders at once.
• Comfort with workflow tools and dashboards such as Notion, Basecamp, SurveyMonkey, Slack and Pendo.
• Curiosity about research with a path toward research execution.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery and escalations across live research projects, including participant recruitment and panel management.
• Coordinate scheduling and resourcing across product, research and partnership teams.
• Build and evolve Notion Hub, Slack channels, documentation, incentives and scheduling.
• Turn insights into repeatable delivery processes and scalable workflows.
