Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Senior Human Data Operations Partner (Research) to own the operational success of high-value research customer projects and shape Prolific’s Research supply capabilities. You will lead bespoke engagements spanning academic studies, product testing, user interviews, and market research while driving scalable, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in operations, ideally in marketplace or platform environments.
Strong project management with attention to detail and execution.
Experience in implementing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key resource for client research teams and act as the main contact for participant operations.
Manage participant acquisition, onboarding, verification and activation to meet deliverables.
Identify gaps in participant supply and build scalable solutions with cross-functional teams.
Develop detailed project plans, workflows, and enablement materials for efficient delivery.
Maintain high-quality, diverse participant pools aligned with customer needs.
Optimize onboarding/activation funnels to improve retention and task performance.
Monitor engagement and quality metrics to drive improvements.
Contribute to upskilling programmes and certification for participants.
