Job summary

The King's Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Reprographics Technician to join our busy team. You will provide a responsive reprographics service, producing high-quality materials for teaching, learning and administration while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will create and refresh displays, maintain staff and pupil photographs in the MIS, and oversee staff and Sixth Form lanyards. Flexibility to start at 8.00am during examinations is essential, and you will work

Qualifications

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
Competent with Microsoft Office.
Experience with printing, photocopying and finishing equipment or eagerness to develop these skills.
Creative approach to producing high-quality school displays.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional communication with staff and students.
Ability to work independently within a team.
Flexibility to start at 8:00am during examination periods.
Remain calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

Create, update and maintain displays throughout the Academy.
Capture and manage staff and student photographs for the MIS.
Maintain staff and Sixth Form lanyards and ensure accuracy of data.
Start work at 8:00am during examination periods to support exam preparation.
Provide an efficient reprographics service to produce teaching, learning and admin materials.
Work effectively under deadlines in a busy environment.
