Job summary

Kingsbury School is seeking a proactive Cover and Reprographics Coordinator to manage daily staff absence cover and oversee the reprographics service, ensuring timely, accurate processing. The role also includes administrative, reception and first-aid duties within the school’s admin team.

The successful candidate will coordinate confidential absence data, support examinations and events, and contribute to safeguarding and welfare of students and staff.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive.
• Ability to provide administrative and reception support.
• First-aid awareness or training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily cover for absent staff and liaise with supply agencies.
• Coordinate reprographics requests and maintain an orderly service.
• Provide administrative, reception and first-aid support as required.
• Ensure safeguarding and vetting information is completed before supply staff start.
• Support with room changes, examinations and school events.
