Job summary

Lancaster Academy in Leicestershire is seeking a friendly Reprographic Assistant to support teachers with printing, photocopying, collating, binding and laminating. You will manage the reprographics service across the school, with training provided for using large machines and high-quality resource preparation.

The role is part-time: 12 hours per week, term-time only plus one week, 39-week contract, permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience with reprographics is advantageous; training will be provided.
• Experience with large reprographic machines is an asset.
• Ability to prepare printed resources accurately and on time.

Lancaster Academy is a thriving 11 – 16 school in Leicestershire. We are part of the Learning without Limits Academy Trust who offer support, an excellent range of CPD opportunities, staff rewards package and well‑being services. We are looking to appoint a Reprographic Assistant to join our friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working team. You will provide an efficient, responsive and high-quality reprographics service across the School. You will take responsibility for preparing printed and physical resources requested by teaching and support staff, including photocopying, printing, collating, binding and laminating. Experience in using large reprographic machines an advantage, but training will be given.

Salary: Grade 3 ( FTE £26,427) £7397 pro-rata

Working hours: 12hrs per week (Work pattern can be discussed at interview) Monday to Friday, term time only + 1 week

Contract: 39 weeks, Permanent
