Job summary

Lancaster Academy in Leicestershire is seeking a friendly Reprographic Assistant to support teachers with printing, photocopying, collating, binding and laminating. You will manage the reprographics service across the school, with training provided for using large machines and high-quality resource preparation.

The role is part-time: 12 hours per week, term-time only plus one week, 39-week contract, permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience with reprographics is advantageous; training will be provided.
• Experience with large reprographic machines is an asset.
• Ability to prepare printed resources accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare printed and physical resources for teaching staff.
• Photocopying, printing, collating, binding and laminating.
• Maintain efficient, high-quality reprographics service across the school.
• Assist with using large reprographic machines.
