Job summary

Walsall College is seeking a data and reporting professional to contribute to the production and maintenance of data systems supporting our business intelligence strategy. You will write T-SQL and deliver reporting solutions using SSRS and Power BI to provide actionable insights for college stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, ICT and Business or has demonstrable relevant experience. A hybrid working pattern will start after a successful probation period.

Qualifications

• Experience in writing T-SQL and in database development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver reporting solutions (SSRS/Power BI).
• A degree in Computer Science, ICT and Business or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise BI data models and reports.
• Support Walsall College's BI strategy through accurate data insights.
• Work in a hybrid model after probation period.

We have a new opportunity which will play a key role in the production and maintenance of data and systems to support Walsall College’s business intelligence strategy.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in writing T- SQL and has a proven track record in Database development and reporting (SSRS/Power BI).

A degree in Computer Science, ICT and Business or relevant demonstrable experience is essential for this role.

The position includes a hybrid working arrangement which will commence after a successful probation period
