B&M Retail in Stamford is recruiting a Replenishment Supervisor to support the Replenishment Manager and keep warehouse and store stock levels at optimal standards for our customers.

This permanent, part-time role is 24 hours per week with flexible evening shifts. We offer on-the-job training, internal development and clear progression opportunities within a fast-growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills to plan and prioritise tasks.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities.
• A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Replenishment Manager to maintain warehouse and store stock levels.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organised and staff follow Health & Safety policies.
• Operate and deliver processes to ensure legal store compliance.
• Deliver great customer service and contribute to store standards.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team in Stamford!

This is a permanent, part time role, working 24 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the evenings.

As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean,& organised
• Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health & Safety policies
• Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
