Job summary

B&M Retail are recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Bourne Mall, Leicester. This is a permanent, part-time role, working 20 hours per week with shifts from 6pm to 11pm.

You will support the Replenishment Manager to maintain stock control and store fill levels, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with health and safety policies. An enthusiastic, flexible team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Flexible with a can-do attitude and willingness to work 6pm–11pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Replenishment Manager to maintain warehouse, store fill levels and stock control.
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised.
• Ensure that staff comply with Health & Safety policies.
• Deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements and provides great customer service.
