Job summary

B&M Retail in Foss Islands is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow across the store, own replenishment processes, and ensure shelves are full and inviting.

This hands-on leadership role requires early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends with the ability to motivate a team, respond quickly to stock changes, and drive availability and productivity.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
