Job summary

B&M Retail in Gloucester is recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Gloucester Retail Park. This permanent, part-time role requires 20 hours per week with daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

You will support the Replenishment Manager to maintain stock levels, store fills and stock control to deliver excellent store standards for our customers. We offer on-the-job training and development opportunities.

• Strong organisational skills.
• The ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

Job description

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Gloucester Retail Park, Gloucester! This is a permanent, part time role, working 20 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised
• Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health & Safety policies
• Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
