Job summary

BM Stores in Ashford is hiring a Replenishment Manager to lead the replenishment team and ensure excellent store presentation and stock availability. This permanent, full-time role covers days, evenings and weekends shifts, working to optimise deliveries and floor stock.

You will oversee warehouse operations, drive KPI performance, and support promotional activities while upholding health and safety standards. A hands-on leader with strong communication skills is ideal.
