B&M Retail Limited in St. Austell is seeking a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are consistently full and easy to shop.

This hands-on leadership role requires you to lead a small team, coordinate shifts across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, and drive availability and productivity.
