Job summary

B&M Retail in Colchester is looking for a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and keep shelves stocked for customers. This hands-on leadership role takes ownership of deliveries and the shop floor, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.

The role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends. You'll manage a team in a fast-paced retail environment, drive availability and productivity targets, and maintain stock control and replenishment

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Strong stock replenishment and stock control knowledge.

• Owning stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers

• Keeping the shop floor well-stocked, tidy, and easy to shop
• Planning and reacting quickly to changing stock levels
