B&M are hiring a Replenishment Manager for our Tower Road store in Lowestoft. You’ll own stock flow and replenishment from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full, tidy and ready for customers.

This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends. You’ll lead your team to work efficiently, prioritise, and drive availability and productivity to meet store targets.
