Job summary

B&M Retail in Enniskillen is seeking a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow, lead a team, and ensure shelves are always full from deliveries to the shop floor. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends to keep shelves topped and customers served.

You’ll drive stock availability, coordinate replenishment across the store, and motivate your team to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
