B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Pontyprpr store at Brown Lennox Retail Park. This hands-on leadership role oversees stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and well-organised.

You will manage a team across early mornings to weekends in a busy, ever-changing retail environment. We value practical leadership, strong stock management skills, and the ability to prioritise quickly to keep our customers happy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of stock replenishment, deliveries, and shelf availability.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to motivate others.
• Capable of fast decision-making in a dynamic store environment.

Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our Brown Lennox Retail Park, Pontypridd store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you'll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It's a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!

What you'll be doing

• Owning stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers
• Leading and organising your team to work efficiently and safely
• Keeping the shop floor well-stocked, tidy, and easy to shop
• Planning and reacting quickly to changing stock levels
• Driving availability and productivity targets

What you'll bring

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics
