Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Acton, London is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager to own stock flow from deliveries to shop floor and keep shelves full and inviting. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

You will lead a team, ensure shelves are stocked, plan for busy periods, and respond quickly to stock changes to maximise product availability and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock replenishment, deliveries, and stock flow.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach and quick decision making.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
