Job summary

B&M Retail Bridgend is hiring a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow, manage deliveries, and keep shelves stocked for customers.

This hands-on leadership role requires overseeing a team across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, with a focus on efficient stock replenishment, safety, and store presentation. You will plan stock levels, coordinate with store operations, and drive availability to meet customer demand.

It's a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps! What you'll be doing
