Job summary

B&M Stores Bridgend is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and ensure shelves are fully stocked for customers. This permanent, full-time role covers early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, with hands-on leadership to keep stock moving from deliveries to the shop floor.

You will own stock replenishment, lead a team, maintain an organised shop floor, react to stock changes quickly, and drive availability and productivity targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
