Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee responsive maintenance and repair services across West, North and East London. You will lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership and organisational skills to drive operational performance and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of multi-skilled operatives and subcontractors carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repair works.
• Plan and coordinate workloads to maximise productivity and ensure service level agreements and deadlines are consistently achieved.
• Monitor the quality of completed repairs through regular site inspections and audits, taking corrective action where necessary.
• Manage team performance by providing coaching, guidance and regular feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
• Ensure work orders, variations and associated documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Work closely with scheduling, customer service and contract management teams to maintain an efficient flow of work and resolve operational issues.
• Promote and maintain full compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures and industry standards.

We are currently seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a well-established and reputable property maintenance company.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee the delivery of responsive maintenance and repair services across West, North and East London. You will be responsible for leading a team of directly employed operatives and specialist subcontractors, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and organisational skills, driving operational performance while delivering an outstanding service to customers.

Package

• Salary up to £45,000 depending upon experience
• Company van and fuel card (Not private use)
• 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
