Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Social Housing Repairs Supervisor for South London. You will oversee responsive repairs across a residential portfolio, managing tradespeople and subcontractors while ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards for residents.

Responsibilities include site visits, workload allocation, KPI delivery and liaison with tenants. A full UK driving license and strong H&S knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Repairs Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Background in social housing or property maintenance.
• Knowledge of responsive repairs and general building maintenance.
• Experience managing tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.
• Manage multi-trade operatives and subcontractors.
• Allocate workloads and ensure repairs meet agreed SLAs.
• Carry out site visits, property inspections and post-inspections.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship and first-time fix rates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Liaise with tenants and residents to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Coordinate follow-on works, materials and specialist contractors.
• Investigate defects, poor workmanship and customer complaints.
• Work with planners and contract managers to achieve contractual KPIs.
• Maintain accurate job records, work orders and inspection reports.
• Monitor performance and report progress to senior management.

The Role
