Job summary

VIVID Housing in Basingstoke is recruiting a Repairs Supervisor to lead a multi-disciplinary trades team across North Hampshire. You will ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards, while delivering excellent customer service and meeting SLAs.

The role combines office coordination with on-site supervision and may require on-call duties. You'll oversee performance, provide technical guidance, manage planners and contractors, support training, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Experience supervising trades operatives and contractors in a busy repairs environment.
• Strong understanding of responsive repairs from diagnosis to completion.
• Knowledge of basic building pathology, HHSRS, and Awaab's Law.
