Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. in Bedfordshire is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee a busy responsive repairs team.

You will supervise up to 30 operatives and contractors, allocate and monitor works, and perform site inspections with quality checks. The role requires strong knowledge of building regulations, Schedules of Rates, and health & safety, plus the ability to manage labour, materials and timescales across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in building trades and repairs.
• Knowledge of responsive repairs and Schedules of Rates.

We're looking for:

A qualified/experienced building trades professional with proven supervisory experience, knowledge of responsive repairs and Schedules of Rates, and a strong understanding of building regulations and H&S.
