Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a busy responsive repairs team in Bedfordshire. The role offers £25 per hour with some flexibility and a temp-to-perm progression path.

You will supervise up to 30 operatives, allocate and monitor repair works, and perform site inspections, diagnostics and quality checks to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified building trades professional with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of responsive repairs and Schedules of Rates.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 30 trade operatives and contractors.
• Allocate and monitor responsive repair works.
• Carry out site inspections, diagnostics and quality checks.
• Manage labour, materials, timescales and performance.

We’re looking for:

A qualified/experienced building trades professional with proven supervisory experience, knowledge of responsive repairs and Schedules of Rates, and a strong understanding of building regulations and H&S.
