The role requires IT literacy, strong communication and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced housing environment. Hybrid/flexible working options are available after induction.

Qualifications

• IT literate with accurate data entry skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of repair requests, appointments and progress.
• Allocate work to operatives and monitor diaries and resource availability.
• Inform customers and stakeholders of appointments and progress; support first-time fixes and timely completions.
