Repairs Planner

Location: Lewisham

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £16-£18 per hour

Working Arrangement: Fully office-based initially, with potential for 1 day working from home once settled into the role

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join a busy repairs and maintenance team based in Lewisham

You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and appointments are managed effectively.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential for hybrid working once you are fully settled and confident in the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance appointments.

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Previous experience as a Repairs Planner, Scheduler, Repairs Coordinator or similar.
    • Experience within social housing, property maintenance or a similar environment is highly desirable.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
    • Good attention to detail and strong IT skills.
    • A confident and professional telephone manner.
    • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
