Freebridge Community Housing is seeking a Repairs Planner on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to coordinate repair and maintenance across our homes. You’ll work with in-house teams, contractors and suppliers to schedule a high volume of tasks and ensure visits and inspections are completed on time.

The role calls for strong organisational skills, clear communication and a commitment to getting things right first time. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with flexible hours.

Competenze

• Experience in property maintenance or repair planning
• Strong computer literacy with Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience analysing and interpreting complex technical data
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage competing demands

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain effective communication with operatives to monitor progress and manage variations
• Act as first point of contact for absence reporting and rescheduling of appointments
• Monitor and adjust work diaries to maximise resources
• Process property-related enquiries into job orders or inspections
• Diagnose repair faults and coordinate appointments and materials
• Proactively reschedule repairs to minimise delays and keep tenants informed
• Ensure high standards of customer care and handle complaints professionally
