Job summary

Confidential in Walton-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy Social Housing team. You will coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and residents are kept updated.

This temporary-to-permanent role is office-based. You will manage a busy repairs diary, prioritise urgent repairs, liaise with residents and operatives, and update internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Planner, Repairs Planner, Scheduler or Coordinator.
• Experience within Social Housing, Property Services, Repairs or Maintenance.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• Attention to detail and accurate administration.
• Strong IT and systems experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
