Park Avenue Recruitment is supporting a South London local authority in recruiting an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and contractor performance across a diverse property portfolio.

This is a key leadership role managing maintenance contracts worth several million pounds, overseeing a team of surveyors and officers, and ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

South London | Hybrid Working (3 days on site, 2 from home) Up to £500 per day (Umbrella)

A South London local authority is looking for an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and contractor performance across a diverse property portfolio.
