Job summary

Qualifications

  • Hands-on trade experience with progression into operational leadership roles.
  • Experience managing repairs teams, including operatives, supervisors and support staff.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to property management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to address repair and maintenance challenges.
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise reports for management.
