Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Kent. You will manage a team of operatives and subcontractors delivering responsive repairs, ensuring safety and high standards and enhancing resident experience.

Ideal candidates will have leadership and strong knowledge of repairs, with good IT and planning skills, a full UK driving licence and a trade background desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising repairs or maintenance teams in social housing.
• Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and building maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using IT systems to manage workloads and performance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A relevant trade qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

Salary: £45,000-£46,000 + vehicle & fuel card

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Kent.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in responsive repairs who enjoys leading teams, driving performance and delivering a high-quality service to residents.

The Role
