Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd in Kent is seeking a Repairs Supervisor to lead a busy social housing repairs team, delivering responsive repairs across Kent.

You will supervise trades, drive performance, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with planning and customer service to enhance resident experience, while supporting team development and maintaining strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising repairs or maintenance teams within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and building maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using IT systems to manage workloads and performance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A relevant trade qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Kent.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in responsive repairs who enjoys leading teams, driving performance and delivering a high-quality service to residents.
