Job summary

RG Setsquare in Wembley, London, is seeking an experienced Repair Supervisor to oversee responsive repairs and maintenance on a social housing contract. You will lead a team of operatives, ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to residents’ satisfaction, while maintaining strong customer service standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership of multi-trade teams, coordination with subcontractors, and rigorous quality checks through inspections and KPI monitoring.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

Pay: £26.57ph UMB
