Mears Group in Dover is seeking an experienced Planner to join its Repairs & Maintenance team. You will coordinate and schedule responsive repairs, manage operatives and contractors, and ensure appointments are completed on time with a customer-focused approach.

This role requires strong organisation, multi-trade coordination, and effective communication with residents and internal teams to maximise productivity and deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate multi-trade operatives and contractors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule responsive repairs and follow-on appointments.
• Allocate jobs to operatives and subcontractors considering priority and availability.
• Manage diaries and workloads to maximise productivity and minimise travel.
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date for reporting and audit.
• Communicate with residents regarding appointments and progress.
