The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the base office; DBS checks and right-to-work in the UK are required, and you will be supported by a flexible benefits package and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong all-round trade skills; social housing repairs experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence; confident using mobile tech to manage/record work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and emergency repairs, safely and to a high standard.
• Use a PDA to receive/update work orders and record completed work with photos when required.
• Aim to resolve repairs on the first visit and keep residents informed throughout.
