Job summary

Sureserve is recruiting for a multi-trade technician to deliver reactive repairs and planned works across housing associations and local authorities in the UK. You will perform plumbing, carpentry, decorating and related trades to a high standard, ensuring first-time fixes and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a professional, uniformed capacity, comply with H&S regulations, and use the PDA for daily job updates and materials ordering. Driving licence and trade experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Trade-specific qualifications desirable or qualification by experience essential.
• Full valid UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in Local Authority housing maintenance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade works including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, plastering, tiling and flooring.
• Attend works in full uniform and repair to a high standard.
• Ensure first-time fixes wherever possible to reduce callbacks.
• Follow H&S regulations and use PPE.
• Record works on PDA and manage materials via approved Suppliers.
