Town and Country Housing is seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Operative to carry out routine and emergency repairs across our housing stock. You will use a PDA to receive and update work orders, record works completed, and provide photographic evidence when required.

The goal is to fix issues on the first visit wherever possible while keeping residents informed and safe. This hybrid role requires strong trades skills, a full UK driving licence, and comfort with mobile technology.

Formación

• Strong all-round trade skills and experience in social housing repairs or similar
• Full UK driving licence required
• Confident using mobile technology to manage and record work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to safe working practices

Responsabilidades

• Carry out routine and emergency repairs
