The role focuses on coordinating repairs, providing excellent resident and contractor service, and supporting the Property Services team with admin duties.

The successful candidate will manage works orders, schedule repairs, liaise with contractors, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support within Property Services.
• Raise works orders for repairs and pest control.
• Schedule repair works and liaise with contractors daily.
• Monitor CRM cases and respond within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with invoices and stock databases.
• Provide reception or general admin cover when needed.
