The Oyster Partnership is seeking a Repairs Officer to support housing services from an initial contract in Croydon. You will act as the primary contact for residents and contractors, coordinating repair works and ensuring timely, professional communication.

Qualifications

• Previous housing / property services experience.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for residents and contractors, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Schedule and monitor repair works, liaising with contractors to meet service level agreements.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, document management, and invoice processing.
• Maintain property databases and assist with survey scheduling and resident satisfaction surveys.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a joined-up service.
