Job summary

Resourcery Group is recruiting a Rent & Service Charge Accountant to lead rent and service charge accounting, working closely with Finance, Housing and Operations. You will ensure robust controls, accurate reporting and regulatory compliance while supporting annual rent reviews and budgeting.

We value an ambitious finance professional who can build relationships, solve problems and improve processes. Housing/charg accounting experience is advantageous, with Cost Accounting as a key focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or financial accounting.
• Strong reconciliation skills and stakeholder communication.
• Cost accounting knowledge and ability to develop specialist knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own rent and service charge accounting and reporting.
• Contribute to annual rent reviews and service charge budgeting.
• Perform reconciliations, financial analysis and raise standards of control.
• Collaborate with Housing and Operational teams to ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes.
