Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent level of education.
• Prior customer service experience, particularly in car rental, retail or hospitality sectors.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers returning rental vehicles and conduct inspections.
• Inspect vehicles for damages, document issues, and assess charges as needed.
• Outline and clarify final charges and obtain receipt signatures.
• Provide directions and travel information to customers.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and prepare vehicles for next rental.
• Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Clean and vacuum vehicles; keep the car lot organized and safe.
