Europcar is looking for Rental Sales Agents

OTE earnings opportunity - £35,000

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys and excels in customer-facing roles? Do you enjoy achieving targets and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for Rental Sales Agents at our Luton Airport location to work as part of our front desk team.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world-class customer-facing service whilst offering our range of additional products and services to make their onward journey easier. Through our service approach to sales, you’ll also have the opportunity to earn some serious commission!

Responsibilities include:

• Providing a high-quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• Being commercially aware and recognizing prospective business opportunities and competitor activity.
• Selling the company’s services and products to achieve targets.
• Handling telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately completing all rental administration, vehicle documentation, and reporting damages.
• Taking responsibility for cash, vehicles, premises, and customer safety.
