Europcar is looking for Rental Sales Agents

OTE earnings opportunity - £35,000

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys and excels in customer-facing roles? Do you enjoy achieving targets and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for Rental Sales Agents at our Luton Airport location to work as part of our front desk team.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world-class customer-facing service while offering our range of additional products and services to facilitate their onward journey. Through our sales approach, you’ll also have the opportunity to earn significant commissions!

1. Provide a high-quality rental service to meet customer needs.
2. Be commercially aware, recognise, and report on prospective business opportunities and competitor activity.
3. Sell the company’s services and products to achieve sales targets.
4. Handle telephone enquiries professionally and courteously.
5. Accurately complete all rental administration, vehicle documentation, and damage reports.
6. Take responsibility for cash, vehicles, premises, and customer safety.
