Job summary

Role: Land Auction Specialist

You will:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with partner estate agents, ensuring high engagement levels.
  2. Educate Land agents on the benefits of the iamsold auction proposition through daily interactions using MS Teams, Zoom, calls, and app technology.
  3. Inform vendors about the advantages of auctions as a selling route and encourage agents to discuss this with vendors.
  4. Identify and appraise new site development opportunities proactively.
  5. Engage with agents and landowners to build relationships, including reaching out to new contacts and arranging meetings to introduce our products and services.
  6. Research current land values and GDV based on specific schemes.
  7. Familiarize with marketing support resources and collaborate with land agents to develop strategies that generate buyers and vendors.
  8. Handle pre-auction negotiations confidently on behalf of land agents, adhering to AML standards.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Property Sales
  • An interest in Land & Commercial sales; experience is beneficial but not essential as training is provided
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and rapport-building ability
