Europcar is recruiting a Rental Sales Agent at Inverness Airport to deliver world class customer service on the front desk and promote our range of services to assist customers’ onward travel. The role includes targets, a fast-paced environment, and the potential to earn commission.

You will be part of a team, working in a customer-facing setting, with a salary starting at £12.71 per hour and a benefits package including holiday allowance and pension. A driving licence is required.

We are looking for Rental Sales Agents at our Inverness Airport location to work as part of our team on the front desk.

To be commercially aware and recognise and report on prospective business opportunities and competitor activity.

Sell the company's services and products to achieve targets.

Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.

Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation as well as the reporting of damage.

Responsibility for cash, vehicles, premises and customer safety.

Key skills and attributes required: A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required Ability to work as part of a team.

Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.

A positive attitude and professional appearance.

Ability to influence others.

Enthusiastic about selling and can respond positively to objections.
