Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Rental Sales Agent for our Inverness Airport location. You will be at the front desk, delivering world-class customer service and promoting our range of products and services to support the customer's onward journey.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with commission opportunities based on sales performance. Ideal candidates enjoy customer-facing work, are target-driven, and can work effectively within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.

• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation as well as the reporting of damage.

Europcar is looking for Rental Sales Agents

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys and excels in customer facing roles? Do you enjoy achieving targets and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for Rental Sales Agents at our Inverness Airport location to work as part of our team on the front desk.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service whilst offering our range of additional products and services to make their onward journey easier. Through our service approach to sales, you'll also have the opportunity to earn some serious commission!

Main duties:
