Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and selling to achieve targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality rental service at the front desk to meet customer needs.
• Sell Europcar services and products to achieve targets, including add-ons.
• Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately complete rental administration and vehicle documentation.
• Manage cash, vehicles and premises with emphasis on customer safety.
