Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Rental Return Agent in London to ensure timely vehicle returns, perform inspections, and process charges. You will assist customers with directions, manage paperwork, and help keep the lot organized while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

Job DescriptionJob Title: Rental Return AgentSalary: £27,342.50 yearlyHours: Full time, permanent contract, rotational shift pattern Monday – SundayRental Return Agents are responsible for ensuring that rental vehicles are returned in a timely and orderly manner, and that they are inspected and prepared for the next rental. This position involves interacting with customers, processing rental agreements and payments, as well as conducting vehicle inspections.A Rental Return Agent may also be responsible for providing assistance with directions and travel information, and for resolving customer complaints and issues.
